Returns or Store Credit
We hope that you love our products as much as we do and that they will assist in helping daily activities and situations feel more comfortable for your child.
If you are not happy with our product, you can return the product within 14 days, money back guaranteed. Return shipping covered by customers.
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, alongside a notification for the approval or reasoning for not being able to honour your refund or store credit.
If 14 days have exceeded upon receipt of your purchase, regretfully, we cannot honor our return policy.
Please ensure that the item is in the original condition and original packaging to be eligible for return. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
If you have selected a store credit, you will receive an email containing a unique code for the value of your purchase.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on delivery.

All orders will be shipped on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
